Project Overview
A government-partnered school expansion requiring six identical classroom blocks to be delivered on a fixed budget ahead of the academic year.
The Challenge
Six near-identical structures needed to be built in parallel across a live campus, with strict cost predictability required by the funding body.
Our Solution
We deployed the Thermocrete Modular Building Kit across all six blocks, standardising design and procurement so each block was delivered on an identical cost and timeline, with zero design rework between units.
